Free for 50 assessments a year, then $40, $60 or $100 a month by church size. The year starts at your first real result, retakes are free, and a lapse does not lock you out.

Free covers your link, each person's results and People. Every paid plan adds the rest: the Overview, tracks, walking with, roles, ministries, placements, signals, resources, Planning Center, Ask AI and agents. On Free those pages show an upgrade card instead, and nothing you have is deleted. Paid plans differ in how many first-time assessments you can take in a year and in a few extras.

How counting works

Your plan year starts the day of your first real assessment, not the day you signed up. Demo and test results don't count.
A retake by someone who already took it is free, always.
Imports don't count.
At 80% a banner appears for admins and one email goes to the owner; at 100% the same again. Nobody else sees it.
Past the limit there is a cushion: members can still take the assessment and results are still saved. New results are held for your team's view until the plan is raised, and the member is never told anything is wrong.

Paying

Paying is a Stripe payment link from this page; EmmauOS never sees your card. A promo code box is on the same page. The receipt goes to the owner's email. Plans are billed monthly and can be canceled any time from the link in the receipt; the church drops to Free at the end of the month it paid for, with a 14-day grace period before Free's limit and pages apply.

Churches over 1,000

A church over 1,000 people, with several campuses or wanting a custom assessment gets a quote made for it. Someone from EmmauOS talks it through with you: how many people come, your campuses, the staff who will sign in, how established your discipleship pathway and classes are, and whether you want a custom assessment or priority support. The price is built from those answers, line by line, and the quote shows every line.

You get an email with the price monthly or annual, and a one-page PDF for your finance team.
Annual is ten months' price: two months free.
A quote can start with free months. Stripe takes your card when you subscribe and first charges when they end.
Your quote and its one-page PDF carry your church's logo and colors, read from your public website. They start with what EmmauOS does for a church like yours and end with the price.
The link in the email opens your quote. Choose monthly or annual and pay on Stripe's page; EmmauOS never sees your card.
The quote covers your people plus room to grow. That becomes your plan's limit.
A quote is good for 30 days unless it says otherwise.

The link is your church's own: anyone you forward it to can see the price and subscribe, and it shows nothing about your people. Making a quote reads nothing about your people from EmmauOS (only your logo and colors), and the questions are about counts, never about anyone by name.

Who sees what

Only the owner sees this page and the emails about it. Admins see the 80% and 100% banners.
