Everything EmmauOS does, and why it matters
54 short pages, one per feature, written for pastors rather than programmers. Each says what the screen is for, who on your team sees it, and the moment it earns its place.
Getting started
From creating your church to the first result in your list.
Start here
What EmmauOS is, what happens in your first fifteen minutes, and the one moment that shows you what it is for.
Everyone on the teamSharing the assessment
The link, the website embed and the bulletin, and what a member sees from the first tap to their result.
AdminOwnerThe demo church
A church of example people you can open any time, read-only, reset every night, with a login that is published on purpose.
Everyone on the teamMembersThe Overview
The first screen after sign-in, a Monday picture of discipleship in your church: a short brief, three questions, vital signs, the path, where people want to grow, follow-through, season goals and ministries.
Everyone on the teamSet up with your AI
Set up all of EmmauOS by talking to Claude, ChatGPT or another assistant. Copy one prompt, paste it, sign in, and it interviews you area by area, from your welcome line to your pathway, roles, staff and first discipleship pairs.
LeaderPastorAdminOwnerWhat's new
Where EmmauOS announces what changed, how to hear about it in the app, and where the tutorials for new features live.
Everyone on the teamMembers
The assessment
What your people answer, what they see, and why it is built this way.
What people answer
The assessment itself: the three lenses it uses, why it asks about what has happened rather than what you are like, and what a member is asked to agree to.
Everyone on the teamMembersReading a result
Bands instead of a ranking, the gift at the edge, confirmations from two friends, and what the member gets that you do not.
Everyone on the teamMembersQuestions, wording and the builder
How the test is doing on your people, trying a new question without it counting, rewording, editing the result page's words, and bringing in questions of your own.
AdminOwnerOther assessments people take
Let people take APEST, SHAPE or your own test inside EmmauOS, from your church's licensed copy, with its own link, QR code and embed. Scored your way, never ranked.

People and follow-up
Everyone in one list, their results on their page, and the conversations that follow.
People
Everyone in one list, filtered by gift, what they took, availability and status, with who follows up, bulk actions and a print view. Each person's results live on their page.
Everyone on the teamA person's page
Everything about one person on one page (their stage and next step, gifts, serving and connections) and each result's conversation guide, with the three things you can do next.
LeaderPastorAdminOwnerFollow-up statuses
The four statuses a result moves through, what sets each one, and the rule that decides who is waiting for a first look.
LeaderPastorAdminOwnerDrifting and carrying a lot
Two flags for whoever follows up with someone. Drifting means they have gone quiet and nothing holds them. Carrying a lot means they serve in many places or nearly every week.
LeaderPastorAdminOwnerThe weekly digest
One email a week that says who is waiting, which placements need a check-in or have gone quiet, and which signals started rising. Nothing if there is nothing.
PastorAdminOwnerIntroductions
Two people here who would help each other: EmmauOS suggests the introduction, says why in words, and tracks whether it was made.
LeaderPastorAdminOwnerWalking with someone
Ask one adult to walk with another for a season. Both are asked by email and nothing starts until both say yes; either can stop at any time.
PastorAdminOwnerGenerations
See whether the people your church walks with are now walking with others, as lines of names from one generation to the next. Pastors only, with no score on anyone.
PastorAdminOwnerShape walks with your AI
Connect Claude or ChatGPT, hand it your own discipleship materials, and let it draft your walk commitments and weekly questions. Drafts wait on How walks work for you to accept.
PastorAdminOwnerThe Web
Ask "who are you walking with?" once, with a link and a QR code. People who choose to show see who walks with whom in their groups and the whole church, with no counts and no ranking.
PastorAdminOwnerShare a group's card
Give a small group or ministry a link, or a box on your website, that shows the group's goal and the steps people chose to share. First names only, and only people who said yes.
PastorAdminOwnerMembersTracks
Belong, Become, Lead and any track you add, each as a short funnel. See where people are on every step, which step a track is stuck at, who has finished one track and not begun the next, and the names behind every number.
Everyone on the teamPipeline, track, stage, step and role
Five words that are easy to mix up, side by side. A pipeline is the whole thing; a track is one direction of growth with its own stages; a stage is a column on a track; a step is one thing to do; a role is a place you need people.
Everyone on the teamWhere someone starts
A short check-in in My Path, plus what EmmauOS already knows, suggests a starting stage on each track someone hasn't started. Staff confirm it with one click. Nothing moves on its own.

Ministries and placement
Where you need people, who could serve there, and whether it took.
Ministries
The ministries of your church, what each one needs, who leads it, and the people EmmauOS thinks could serve there.
PastorAdminOwnerWhere we need people
How many more people each ministry needs, who at your church could fill each place, and the open spots in your Planning Center plans, with the people free to take them.
Everyone on the teamPlacements
Who is serving where, since when, and whether it took. EmmauOS asks a month after every placement and keeps the honest answer.
LeaderPastorAdminOwnerServing teams
The teams a member can ask to try at the end of their result. Add them by hand, pull them from Planning Center, or let EmmauOS find them on your website.
PastorAdminOwnerFitting the pipeline to your church
A pastor's guide to setting up tracks, steps and roles in your own church's words. Map the steps you already have, add the one role you most need, and give it fifteen minutes in a staff meeting each week.
PastorAdminOwnerYour ministries (for leaders)
What a leader sees: the ministries you lead, the people who could serve in them, your introductions and placements, and nothing else.
LeaderRoles
Name the places you need people, such as small group leader, elder or guest host. Say what each one asks, see who holds it from Planning Center, who is ready, and who is growing toward it.
LeaderPastorAdminOwnerWhat a role asks
Requirements EmmauOS can check, such as a stage, gifts, months serving or a background check, and qualities only people can see, such as character, chemistry and calling, said by someone who knows them.
LeaderPastorAdminOwnerApprentices
Name who is learning each role from the person who holds it, such as a co-leader who will take a group over or start the next one. See which leaders have nobody learning from them, and count the groups and teams that multiplied.
LeaderPastorAdminOwnerWho knows them
For anyone ready or growing toward a role, see who knows them best, such as their group leader, the person walking with them or their serving team lead, and ask that person what they see, by email or a Planning Center card.
LeaderPastorAdminOwner
Signals and insight
Patterns across the whole church, read for you.
Signals
Watches you set on what people write and which gifts arrive, so a quiet pattern across twenty results becomes a line on Monday's Overview.
PastorAdminOwnerInsights
The charts on the Overview: how your church's gifts are shifting, how Ephesians 4 leanings fall, how teams line up with arrivals, and how you compare with other churches.
Everyone on the teamWhere people want to grow
What people said they would love to grow in, set against the classes, events, groups and resources your church already offers, so you can see where to start something.
PastorAdminOwnerGroup finder
The open Planning Center groups that fit each person, on their page and their next step, and the groups worth launching where nothing near fits.
PastorAdminOwner
Resources
Something concrete to hand people after the conversation.
Your team
Who sees what, and how to bring leaders in.
Integrations and agents
Planning Center, your website, your AI key and AI agents.
Planning Center
Connect once, map your fields, and every result writes its band names to the person's profile, pulls teams, and checks whether placements actually got scheduled.
AdminOwnerPlanning Center lists and workflows
On Large, a role can ask for a Planning Center list or workflow, EmmauOS can write who is ready for which role into a EmmauOS Roles tab, and a webhook keeps holders current the same day.
AdminOwnerYour website and the embed
Give EmmauOS your website once and it learns your colors, logo and ministries. Then put the assessment on your site with one line, or on your own subdomain.
AdminOwnerAI briefs
An optional staff-only summary of a person's words before a conversation, written by an AI your church pays for with its own key, from what the person wrote and never from their scores.
PastorAdminOwnerFollow up through Planning Center
EmmauOS contacts no one. It hands Planning Center what it knows, so a workflow card, a list automation or a Clearstream text does the follow-up you already run there.
AdminOwnerAI agents
Let Claude or another assistant work your EmmauOS for you: ask who is waiting, log a conversation, set up a new church. Each connection is named, scoped to a role, and expires.
AdminOwnerAsk AI
A chat at the bottom right of every screen that answers questions about your church from your real list, on your church's own AI key. Pastors, admins and the owner only. It reads, and it can suggest a change that happens only when you press Do it.

Settings, plan and data
Your look, your plan, your data in and out.
Settings
Every switch in one place: your address and brand, what members are asked, how long results are kept, embedding, integrations, and the plan.
AdminOwnerPlan and billing
Free for 50 assessments a year, then $40, $60 or $100 a month by church size. The year starts at your first real result, retakes are free, and a lapse does not lock you out.
OwnerImport and export
Bring people and the scores they already have in from a spreadsheet, take everything out as a sealed file, check every import before it happens, and never count an import against your plan.
AdminOwnerShare EmmauOS
Tell another church about EmmauOS with your link. When they pay for a plan, your church earns 20% of that first payment, as days on your own plan or as cash.
AdminOwnerLanguages
EmmauOS runs in English and 10 other languages. Each person picks their own, the assessment and its emails follow the taker's language, and your church can translate its own questions.
Everyone on the teamMembers
For the people who take it
What a member sees, keeps and can erase.
Privacy and what EmmauOS never does
The rules the whole product keeps.
See it with your own result
Take the assessment yourself and open the pastor’s view in a demo church, or create your church and have the link in Sunday’s bulletin. The first 50 people are free.
